About The Event
The SFS Guwahati staff picnic to the "Ethnic Village" at Panbari, Chandrapur, Assam emerged as a delightful and well-organized event, creating a day-long experience filled with enthusiasm and bonding. The journey began with the departure from the school campus around 8.30 am, marked by a palpable sense of excitement among the Principal, Vice Principals, teaching, administrative, and the support staff of the school. Upon reaching the venue, the "Ethnic Village," a warm and welcoming atmosphere awaited, with a brief opening address expressing gratitude for everyone's participation. The day unfolded with a tea and snacks session, providing a much-needed energy boost for the staff. The "Fun-O-Rama" segment was a highlight, featuring engaging activities such as musical chairs, balloon caterpillar, and the traditional game of Tekeli Bhonga. These activities not only provided entertainment but also promoted teamwork and collaboration. All were seen in full excitement and jolly mood while they played the different games.
The midday break saw all the staff relishing a delicious lunch, fostering a sense of communal dining and allowing for social interactions. As the day drew to a close, the departure from the Ethnic Village was bittersweet, with everyone leaving with not just memories but a reinforced sense of camaraderie around 3.30 pm.
