About The Event
A momentous event of Manifesto Presentation unfolded at SFS Guwahati, during the morning assembly on 19th December 2023, as six nominated students stepped forward to present their manifestos for the coveted positions of Head Boy and Head Girl for the upcoming academic session 2024-25. The atmosphere was charged with anticipation and enthusiasm as the school gathered to witness this important democratic exercise.
The proceedings commenced with the Principal, Rev. Fr. George Thomas addressing the assembly, emphasizing the significance of responsible leadership within the school community. The six candidates, three vying for the position of Head Boy and three for Head Girl, were introduced one by one. The candidates were PRERANA SARMA (11 INT SCI), JULIANNE S DEKA (11 HUM B), SUHANI SURANA (11 HUM A), MRIDANGAM KASHYAP (11 HUM B), JYOTIRMOY TALUKDAR (11 SCIENCE) and GAUTAM KUMAR DHAR (11 COMM). Each candidate was allotted a brief time to articulate their vision and goals for the school, outlining the positive changes they aspired to bring if elected.
The assembly witnessed a display of leadership qualities as candidates fielded their plans, ideas and promises with confidence.
